- The services provided are personalized and begin once analysis or preparation starts, making them non-refundable thereafter.
- After consultation or report delivery, refunds are not available under any circumstance.
- Before work begins, full refunds are available; partial refunds may apply if preparation has partially started.
Physical Products – Purchase & Return Policy
FengShuiOne may occasionally offer physical Feng Shui items, books, or symbolic accessories (“Products”). The following terms apply to such purchases:
- Products are sold as spiritual or decorative aids; no guaranteed outcomes are promised.
- All items are sold “as described.” Please read size and material details carefully before ordering.
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly inconsistent with its description.
- To request a return, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos.
- Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped back at the buyer’s expense unless the fault lies with the Website.
- Customized, blessed, or ritual-activated items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
Eligible Refund Situations
You are entitled to a full refund in the following cases:

- No-shows without notice are considered completed sessions.

Refund Process and Timeline

- Processing time: 3–7 business days for services, 7–10 for physical items.
